Business Operations

Faustina McKenzie

*I've never really known how to do anything half-heartedly. When something matters to me, I give it everything I have.* And perhaps that's what I enjoy most about what I do. I get to be part of the conversations, decisions, people, and little details that eventually come together to build something much bigger. At Realtor Signature Properties, I work closely with our founder and team, connecting the many moving parts of the business and ensuring our operations reflect what we promise. But what genuinely interests me goes beyond the work itself. It's understanding people. What they're building, what matters to them, what makes them take a chance on something, and most times, what makes them hesitate. I love a good conversation, but I love it even more when someone walks away feeling a lot lighter, knowing they can count on me. There's always room for one more good conversation, and I'd love for the next one to be with you.
